Pacific Community Housing
Is a registered Tier 3 community housing provider working with landowners, developers, government, specialist advisers and delivery partners to advance affordable, community and mixed-tenure housing. Our involvement can extend from early project definition and planning strategy to affordable housing delivery models, operational input, stakeholder coordination, delivery planning and long-term housing stewardship.
The projects below are at different stages of planning and delivery. All current project descriptions, yields and figures are indicative and remain subject to statutory approval, design development, funding and final delivery agreements.
Woolooware Parkside Homes, Woolooware
Recommended status label: Current proposal - subject to approval
Key facts for the designer: Current scheme: approximately 134 apartments, including 59 affordable apartments and 75 market apartments. Dual-key arrangements provide an indicative 111 affordable operating keys and 186 operating keys overall. Estimated construction cost: approximately $110 million.

1 Panorama Avenue, Woolooware
Recommended status label: Development application in progress
A proposed mixed-use housing development comprising 28 apartments and a neighbourhood shop. At least half of the apartments are intended to be affordable housing. Pacific Community Housing is supporting the affordable housing delivery and operational model in partnership with the project team.
Key facts for the designer: Current scheme: 28 apartments, including at least 14 affordable apartments and 14 market apartments, plus a neighbourhood shop. Development application reference: DA25/0795.
Hunter and Macquarie Streets, Parramatta
Recommended status label: Current State Significant Development concept
A major mixed-use housing proposal in the Parramatta CBD combining residential apartments, affordable housing and student accommodation. Pacific Community Housing is working with the project team on the affordable housing and community housing delivery components.
Key facts for the designer: Current concept: approximately 419 apartments plus 150 student accommodation dwellings. Fifteen per cent of residential gross floor area is proposed as affordable housing, currently equivalent to approximately 5,804 square metres or an indicative 66 apartments. Tower form and yields remain subject to design development and approval.
Parkes Street, Harris Park
Recommended status label: Current State Significant Development proposal
A proposed mixed-use residential tower near the Parramatta CBD. The project includes market and affordable housing together with commercial floorspace. Pacific Community Housing is contributing to the affordable housing delivery and operational planning for the proposal.
Key facts for the designer: Current scheme: approximately 276 apartments, including an indicative 45 affordable apartments and 231 market apartments, together with approximately 1,631 square metres of commercial gross floor area. Current proposed height: 68 storeys.
Mortdale Town Centre Renewal
Recommended status label: Current proposal - subject to approval
A proposed town centre renewal project combining new housing, affordable housing, renewed community and club facilities, and other non-residential uses. Pacific Community Housing is working with project partners on the affordable housing delivery and long-term operational model.
Key facts for the designer: Current scheme: approximately 233 apartments, including an indicative 39 affordable apartments and 194 market apartments, plus approximately 2,735 square metres of non-residential gross floor area. Estimated construction cost: approximately $140.15 million.

A strategic housing project within the evolving Cherrybrook Station Precinct. Pacific Community Housing is contributing to the affordable housing delivery model and consideration of long-term community housing outcomes as the proposal develops.
Key facts for the designer: : Current working option: approximately 435 homes, including an indicative 65 affordable homes and 370 market homes. These figures are preliminary and must be updated if the final planning schedule changes.
